Carnival Coconut Cupcake hat has that Summer, Carnival like vibe with its bright color combo! Apple/Kelly Green with hot pink, bright blue. Your hat will be made to order and I will happily add a name, number, candle etc to make the hat extra special for that Birthday Star! I have shown a few examples of how I can personalize but I am more than happy to work with you and your ideas too. If you need custom colors just let me know. I can also make matching cupcake party picks, Birthday Banner, and guest hats. If you need guest hats for your party just purchase the guest hat add on pack in my shop you get 4 for $24.00 + shipping.
The hat will tie with silky soft vintage ribbon or I can add elastic to keep the hat more secure for those younger.
