To process payments conveniently, Petite Bookstore accepts all major credit cards through Paypal. You do not have to open, have or use a Paypal account for your payment to be processed. You are just using them this one time to pay for your purchase. Petite Bookstore has a completely SSL secure, encrypted server. Paypal is a securely, encrypted payment provider of SSL technology as well. So you are completely protected.

Privacy:

Petite Bookstore will never share any of your information with any one, for any reason – ever. We merely need it to process your order. We are located in Raleigh, NC - please contact us if you have any concerns.

Returns:

At Petite Bookstore customer service is everything! You may return any book, for any reason, within seven days of receiving it – for a full refund. (The item must be returned as it was received and return shipping is to be paid by you.)

Shipping:

Please allow 48 hours for your item to be processed and shipped. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. If an order is placed on Friday, it will not ship until Monday. You will receive an email confirmation when the item has shipped. Please feel free to contact us, if you have any questions.

Continental US: Petite Bookstore ships via USPS. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

International Shipping: We only ship internationally to where the USPS will send a Global Priority Envelope for $15 per magazine. You will be invoiced for the cost of postage separately thru Paypal. Once the postal invoice has been paid - your package will be processed! Due to lost shipments... we only ship by Global Priority now!

U. S. Sales Tax: North Carolina State residents will be charged sales tax according to the appropriate jurisdiction.
