Sweet N' Pink Strawberry Party Hat is the perfect hat to top off your Birthday Party or any celebration. Handmade in our studio, each piece is handcut. We have added oodles of our yummy crepe paper fringe in pink atop a background of various shades of pink and pretty pastels. Our cupcake has a white base with sweet pink frosting. We have added a strawberry on top with just a hint of sparkle. Each hat is made to order so if you need a custom hat just ask!
