Payment is due at time of purchase. Requests for delivery confirmation and/or insurance will be billed separately.

MA residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax on their items at time of payment in Paypal. (Sorry, it's the law!)

++Shipping++
All orders arrive beautifully packaged. Orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase via US Postal Service First Class Mail, uninsured. Upgraded shipping (Priority Mail, Express Mail, or UPS) is available upon request.

***To guarantee the safe arrival of your package, you should request additional INSURANCE and/or a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION. NO orders will be replaced without one of these.***

++Refunds and Exchanges++

Excely is here to make you happy- if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me straightaway so we can work out a solution. Except in the case of damages to insured packages and repairs, or an error I have committed (hasn't happened yet, but I won't pretend it's not possible!), returns will be accepted and refunded with a message to me within 7 DAYS of item receipt, MINUS a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping charges. Return shipping is at your expense.
