Shipping:

1. I ship on Wednesdays. However if you need something to ship sooner than this, please email me directly.
2. Shipping charges will be based upon the weight of the packaged item including the box and packing material. These charges are applied upon checkout through Paypal. If you purchase more than one item, the shipping rate will be adjusted according to the combined weight of the items. If you would like a shipping quote prior to checkout, please email me directly and I will be more than happy to provide you with one.
3. I cannot be responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen mail and I will do my best to provide quality customer service on my end.
4. I do not provide insurance on shipping, however if you do want to purchase insurance please let me know and I will adjust the invoice through PayPal.

Returns/Exchanges:
1. I do not accept returns on items unless the item is not as described in the listing or if it has a default of some kind. You will have 30 days from the purchase date to return items for a refund.
2. I am more than happy to issue an exchange within 30 days of the purchase price. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to me and paying for the shipping of the new item being resent. I will invoice you through Paypal and once payment is received, the new item will be sent out.
