Returns:
At Petite Bookstore customer service is everything! You may return any book, for any reason, within seven days of receiving it – for a full refund. (The item must be returned as it was received and return shipping is to be paid by you.)
Shipping:
Please allow 48 hours for your item to be processed and shipped. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. If an order is placed on Friday, it will not ship until Monday. You will receive an email confirmation when the item has shipped. Please feel free to contact us, if you have any questions.
Continental US: Petite Bookstore ships via USPS. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
International Shipping: We only ship internationally to where the USPS will send a Global Priority Envelope for $15 per magazine. You will be invoiced for the cost of postage separately thru Paypal. Once the postal invoice has been paid - your package will be processed! Due to lost shipments... we only ship by Global Priority now!
