All items are shipped by way of the United States Postal Service. Expect your items to be shipped out within 2-business day of your payment (*unless noted otherwise on my opening page). Please convo. me if you are interested in adding insurance to your shipment. You may want to add insurance to guarantee a one of a kind piece that you love or need for a special occasion. Otherwise I send your package off with love and good wishes for a safe and happy arrival.

All Elements of the kit are copyright of Chelsea Ann/ittybittybirdy and certain guidelines are enacted for both personal and commercial agreements. Purchase of kit constitutes the acceptance of the Terms of Use Agreement. Amendments of the Terms of Use Agreement may be made at any time without prior notification.

Guidelines for ALL KITS (both personal and commercial)

All Kits are property of ittybittybirdy.
You MAY NOT redistribute files in part or whole
you may not have a 3rd party design with your kit for your own purposes without written consent.
You MAY alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them BUT you MAY NOT claim altered graphics as your own.
You MAY NOT use any graphic(s) from this Collection to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) from any of my creations for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

Personal Usage:

You are NOT to use your kit for any commercial purposes. This shall include, but is not limited to, any tangible item (ex: electronic book or magazine, stationary distributed for a fee, any business form or sign, a ticket for an event, a receipt for the purchase of tangible goods or any use of Font Software that would be perceived as for Commercial Use, in any capacity.

If you should like to upgrade to commercial usage visit www.ittybittybirdy.lollishops.com and purchase a Commercial Upgrade for just $5 more. Please specify in your note to seller which kit you are upgrading.

You MAY submit your scrapbook layouts using some or all parts of a kit to online or print publications as long as credit is given to the designer. This includes any graphics that have been altered. Please Credit with Chelsea Ann/www.ittybittybirdy.blogspot.com/(name of kit(s)).

Commercial Usage:

You may not use Licensed Material on "print on demand" items such as t-shirts, postcards, mouse pads, coffee mugs, calendars, scrap-booking elements, (e.g. on sites like Cafepress), or on any similar mass produced items that would contain the Licensed Material in a part or whole.
You may not use Licensed Material in electronic items for resale, such as website templates, electronic devices (i.e. computer, iPhone, phones, etc.) software applications, document templates, wallpapers, screensavers, e-cards or similar products that You intend to sell or distribute.
you may not use in part or whole any licensed material to create or sale your own graphic downloads such as clipart, scrap-booking kits, banners, or any other similar graphic product.
You may use your kit to create promotional materials, logos, buttons, or any other marketing materials for your own personal use.
You may not make promotional materials, logos, buttons, or any other marketing materials for a 3rd party without written consent from ittybittybirdy.

*Unauthorized use results in the immediate termination of this license, and with it, your rights to use the Licensed Material. As well as legal actions if deemed necessary.
