This party banner is a dream garland full of red cheer.

Hang up this cheery red banner and it will surely bring you a smile every time you walk by it.

I started out with 5 chip board triangles and then covered them with vintage flocked wallpaper as well as using new paper, such as red mulberry paper and raised white wallpaper to give this garland banner a very textured and detailed look.
I have added vintage lace and trim along side of new trim, ribbon, and beading.
I also included red and white ricrac, red tassel trim, and red and white silk rosettes.
For sparkle,I added the word "dream" covered in silver glitter and two of the triangles have a diamond dust trimming the edges and three of the triangles have dots of red glitter decorating the paper.

The triangles measure 8inches in length and 5 inches in width at the top.
The backs of the triangles are covered in a vintage sheet music.
The garland is all hung on a red ribbon and a black ribbon and the garland triangles span about 3 1/2 feet in length and then the hanging ribbon adds a few more feet to that.
