Items ship via Canada Post, but on occassion I will ship via USPS since I am located near the border.

Refunds and Exchanges:
If you need to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of product purchase (Pink Fawn accessories only, soap products are final sale). The item must be returned in unused condition, preferably in it's original packaging. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the refund.
