Summery Sailing Ship mini art quilt, beautiful blue-green.

I adore those sailing ships with all the sails.
How exciting to be aboard a ship bound for a new adventure or a new land( lets just forget all the yucky bits like scurvy and rats and really nasty pirates shall we).
Embarking on my own little Lollishops adventure I have designed a range of small art quilts. They feature whimsical boats and cupcakes and owls and oh so many things.

This listing is for this sailing ship which is a shimmery sparkly summery sailing ship in delicious blues and greens. I have appliqued its sails out of a mixture of hand dyed and hand printed fabrics, embroidered around the edge, beaded the sails with tiny sparkly sequins and attached them all to a boat base appliqued in a brilliant blue hand dyed fabric and added heart button 'portholes'.
I haven't bordered this piece and this is intentional as I wanted these quilts to fit into any space you choose and not date.
The quilt measures 27cm (10 1/2") by 33cm (13") not including the wire quilt hanger which is included in this listing. The quilt is attached to the hanger with ribbon bows so it can be removed for washing or if you want a change.
It is backed with a thick cotton fabric.
